RETURNS & REFUNDS
OUR 14-DAY RETURN POLICY
You may return your order within 14 days after the delivery date. This allows you time to try your items and decide if they’re right for you.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, with all original labels attached, and in their original packaging.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
We are unable to accept returns if any of the following apply:

The item has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use

The original hangtags or packaging are missing

The item has make-up stains or any visible marks

The product emits strong odors (e.g. perfume, smoke, sweat)

The item is returned outside of the 14-day return window

The return does not include a valid return form or proof of purchase

Multiple orders are combined in one return package
-
The item is damaged due to misuse or poor care
-
Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear) have been unsealed
-
The item does not match the original order
-
The return was not requested via email beforehand
Important:
Do not try on items while wearing make-up. Products with visible stains will be refused.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email us at info@chamis.nl within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Without an email, we are unable to process your return. -
We will send you the return address and further instructions.

Fill out the return form and include it inside your return package.
Make sure to clearly include your name and order number. -
Ship your return using a trackable service.
Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility. -
Keep your proof of shipment (Track & Trace code) until your return has been processed.
RETURN PROCESSING & REFUNDS

Returns are processed within 14 working days after receipt at our warehouse.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@chamis.nl.
Please note:
We are not responsible for return shipments. Items remain your responsibility until they are received by us. Returns without a valid Track & Trace code cannot be investigated.
IMPORTANT NOTES

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns received after this period will not be accepted. -
Do not combine multiple orders in one return package — each order must be returned separately.

Items returned in unsellable condition (e.g. worn, stained, damaged) will be refused and sent back to you.

Refunds are only issued for items that meet all conditions listed above.
