Shipping Information

At Chamis, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, destinations, and tracking.

Order Processing

  • We aim to process and hand over all orders to PostNL within 2–3 working days (Monday to Thursday before 17:00).

  • We are closed on Fridays and weekends — orders placed during this time will be processed the following Monday.

  • During new drops or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.

Can’t find your country at checkout?
Please contact us at info@chamis.nl — we’ll do our best to assist you or enable shipping to your location.

Duties & Taxes (for international customers)

We ship internationally on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis whenever possible. This means:

  • Any import duties and taxes are calculated and paid upfront at checkout.

  • No unexpected fees upon arrival.

Please note: as the importer of record, you are responsible for complying with local regulations. Delays due to customs procedures are possible and beyond our control.

Address Changes & Tracking

  • Once your order has been placed, address changes are not possible, as processing starts immediately.

  • You will receive an email with your Track & Trace code as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

  • Please note: tracking info may become active on the next working day after PostNL scans your parcel.

Order Not Received?

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with your neighbors or around your delivery area.

  2. Look for a delivery note or PostNL update.

  3. Still nothing? Email us at info@chamis.nl — we’re here to help.
